Eagle Hills is an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company delivering visionary waterfronts, vibrant communities and landmark destinations across emerging markets. Founded in 2014 by Mohamed Alabbar, the founder of Emaar Properties, Eagle Hills specialises in creating and reinvigorating urban centres. It works alongside governments and policymakers to build flagship destinations that diversify local economies, attract international investment and boost tourism.
Its landmark projects include Belgrade Waterfront in Serbia, Marassi Al Bahrain, Maryam Island in Sharjah and the Address resort in Fujairah. In Abu Dhabi, it is developing Ramhan Island and the Bvlgari Resort & Mansions, set to open in 2030.
